The illustrations really pull my daughter in, and she’s already counting along with the stories without realizing it’s practice. These six books have held up well to nightly rereads, and the variety means we’re not stuck on the same plot.

My three-year-old asks for these every bedtime, and the stories actually hold her attention while sneaking in counting and shapes. The illustrations are bright enough that she points out details on her own, and the six books give us enough variety to rotate through the week.

My son loves the stories so much he asks for one every night, which is a win for a math book. We've read through the set a few times now, and the only reason it's not five stars is that a couple of the pages feel a bit busy for his age.
