Wooden Lock & Latch Board

My three-year-old loves figuring out which latch opens each door, and the different mechanisms keep him engaged for a solid twenty minutes. It’s sturdy enough that he can work the locks without the board sliding around.

The animal pictures hidden behind each lock are such a clever touch—my daughter squeals every time she gets one open. The latches feel sturdy enough for her to wrestle with, and it keeps her focused way longer than I expected for a three-year-old.

My three-year-old spends ages working the different latches to reveal the hidden animal pictures underneath. The variety of locks keeps him engaged longer than most of his other toys.
