We put on "Winding Down" during our toddler's afternoon quiet time and it genuinely helps him settle. The gentle melodies shift his mood from wild to calm within a few minutes.

We use "Body Relaxation" after bath time to help my toddler settle down, and the guided imagery is very soothing. The tracks are all gentle and calming, exactly what we needed. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the track lengths feel a bit short once the kids start getting sleepy.

Madison O. ★★★★☆ Oct 19, 2026

My kids love listening to "Lotus Flower" before bed—it’s finally quiet. The track list is just long enough for a smooth wind-down, though the piano outro feels a bit repetitive. Still, a solid buy for calming afternoons.
