纏結療法

I use this in my desk drawer at work for when I need to refocus during meetings. The twistable texture is oddly satisfying and quiet enough not to disturb anyone.

My son uses this during homework time, and the twisting motion really helps him stay focused without getting distracted. The texture is smooth but offers just enough resistance to keep his hands busy.

My daughter has ADHD and this helps her sit still during story time without making noise. The twistable texture keeps her hands busy, but I wish the pieces didn't come apart quite so easily when she twists too hard.
