The smallest bowl is just the right size for my daughter's tiny hands to scoop up sand. I love that they're sturdy enough for outdoor messy play yet still stack neatly for storage.

My toddler keeps grabbing these to carry sand from one end of the yard to the other, and the nesting design means they stack neatly on the shelf when we're done. They've held up great through muddy puddles and bath time, which is exactly what I hoped for.

I put these bowls in our sensory bin with sand and my toddler immediately started stacking and sorting them. The smallest one fits perfectly in his hands, and they hold up well to being dumped and tossed around.
