I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the wooden iron feels for a pretend-play toy. The 22-inch height is perfect for my four-year-old to stand at comfortably and press the wooden iron. It's been a big hit in our play kitchen.

The folding mechanism locks with a satisfying click, so I don’t worry about it collapsing while my kids play. The wooden iron is a nice touch—solid and just the right size for small hands.

My 4-year-old loves pressing her clothes on this with the little wooden iron; the fold-out stand gives it just the right play height and feels sturdy enough for her to lean on.
