These small sticks are perfect for my kid's last-minute school project with ribbon and felt. The low-temp setting worked just as described, so I didn't worry about anyone getting burned.

The lower temperature setting is a lifesaver for fixing lace trim without scorching it, and the sticks slide through the gun smoothly. I went through half the pack on a weekend of balloon garlands and ribbon bows, and every bond held firm by the next morning.

I was worried the low-temp setting would be too weak, but these sticks hold lace and ribbon perfectly without burning them. They're also the right size for quick repairs around the house.
