I appreciate how the water-resistant layer keeps milk spit-ups from soaking into the pillow, and the hypoallergenic material gives me peace of mind for my baby's sensitive skin.

Finally, a cover that actually stays in place under the slipcover instead of bunching up. The water-resistant layer gives me peace of mind when my baby spits up, and it’s saved the pillow from several accidents already.

Amelia C. ★★★☆☆ Oct 19, 2026

Does its job as a protective layer, but the fabric feels a bit stiff and crinkly compared to a normal pillowcase. It fits well under the slipcover without bunching up.
