Tempera Cakes met Bakje

The wet-to-paint activation is so smooth—my kindergartener just adds a few drops of water and gets rich, vivid color right away. Mixing them in the tray is easy enough for her to do by herself, and clean-up is genuinely quick.

My toddler loves that the tray keeps the cakes from sliding around, and the colors stay vibrant even after drying on paper. We've been using them for simple handprint art and they clean up fast with just a wet wipe.

My three-year-old has no trouble using these—just a quick dip in water and the colors come alive. The tray keeps everything organized, and the bold pigments make even simple scribbles look vibrant. We've been painting every day since they arrived.
