Carolina Connections Cove

The semi-enclosed curve gives my kids their own little quiet corner, and the seating area is roomy enough for them to curl up with a book. It’s held up well to daily use, and even the wiggliest student seems to settle down faster when they get to sit in it.

We bought this for our calm-down corner and the semi-enclosed design instantly makes the kids feel safe, yet I can still see them. The seat cushion is just thick enough for a kindergartner to sit comfortably for five minutes without fidgeting.

The curved walls make such a difference in giving my students a quiet spot to decompress, the semi-enclosed design really does create a sense of belonging. My kindergartners love curling up in it during reading time.
