Emma ★★★★★

My six-year-old just finished the set and immediately started rereading the Yucky Blucky Fruitcake one. The chapters are short enough for her to feel like she's really reading a big-kid book.

Claire ★★★★★

My daughter tore through the Yucky Blucky Fruitcake story in one sitting and immediately grabbed the next one—these are perfect for that K-3 reading level, short enough to finish but with enough silly chaos to keep her hooked.

Joseph ★★★★☆

My 6-year-old loves the funny situations in these books, and the "Yucky Blucky Fruitcake" title was a particular hit. The set is a great way to get a collection of stories without buying each one separately, though I wish the pages were a bit thicker to survive a little more enthusiastic page-turnin
