The thick 1.5-inch rubber on these slide mats has really stopped the wood chips from scattering everywhere. We installed them last month and the ground underneath stays put even after the kids jump off the swing.

After a season of heavy use under our slide, these mats have barely shifted an inch and still look great. The 1.5-inch thickness really does the job of keeping the loose fill contained.

We’ve had these under the swings for a month now and the rubber is thick enough that the mulch barely moves. The 2-inch mats are heavy and stay flat even after rain. Way better than the thin ones we tried before.
