My hands are always fidgeting during meetings, and the twistable motion plus the soft, texturized rubber bumps keep me grounded without distracting anyone. It’s small enough to slip in a pocket, but the ergonomic twist feels like it actually works the fingers a bit.

I was surprised by how much the textured bumps actually help me focus during long calls. It's small enough to keep in my pocket, and the twisting motion is satisfying without being distracting.

I’d been looking for something to keep my hands busy during meetings, and these textured bumps really do add a nice sensory element. My only small gripe is the bumps collect a bit of dust in between, but it’s easy enough to rinse off.
