The little cards with real photos are perfect for my son; he gets excited pointing out which emotion he’s feeling that day. We’ve been using the kit after preschool to talk about his day, and it’s already helped him name when he’s frustrated instead of just tantruming.

My three-year-old actually asks to “do feelings” now, and the hands-on pieces keep him engaged way longer than I expected. The exploratory setup makes it easy to weave into our morning routine without it feeling like a lesson.
