Kaplan プロキュアメントカード

These cards streamlined our purchasing process perfectly. The direct funding to each teacher account eliminated all the approval delays we used to have.

Finally, I can give my teachers their own funding to grab supplies without needing my approval for every single thing. It's streamlined the whole ordering process for our department.

Giving each teacher their own card has really simplified how we handle classroom supplies—no more purchase requisitions slowing things down. It took a bit of setup to assign the funding streams, but once that was done, tracking spending by location became much clearer.
