Reading this to my son brought back so many memories from my own childhood. The simple but profound story about the boy and the tree really makes you think.

The hardcover binding feels sturdy and the pages have a nice weight to them—perfect for reading aloud to my kids. This story still makes me tear up every time, even after dozens of readings.
