Duo - Encastré

My kids argued over who got to play the marimba side first, but once they both had mallets and started layering the earthy and metallic tones, it turned into a spontaneous duet. The four mallets make sharing feel natural, and the sound quality surprised me for an outdoor instrument.

I love how the two different sound layers work together—the marimba’s warmth and the metallophone’s brightness make practicing duets really fun. Having four mallets included means we can both jump right in without fighting over sticks.
