Kritterstall

The netting on the side is sturdy enough that my son can actually see the caterpillar he caught without it escaping. We've used it every day since it arrived and it still looks brand new.

My kids spent the whole afternoon hunting for beetles and caterpillars, and the safe case let them bring everything inside without any escapees. The mesh lid gives great airflow, so the critters stayed active and happy for hours of observation.

The mesh lid closes securely enough that I don't worry about anything escaping, and the clear sides make it easy for my kids to peek at a beetle before we release it. We've already used it three times this week for backyard bug hunts, and it's held up fine with no scratches.
