Quiet Moments With Greg & Steve CD

We use "Body Relaxation" after bath time to help my toddler settle down, and the guided imagery is very soothing. The tracks are all gentle and calming, exactly what we needed. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that the track lengths feel a bit short once the kids start getting sleepy.

My kids love listening to "Lotus Flower" before bed—it’s finally quiet. The track list is just long enough for a smooth wind-down, though the piano outro feels a bit repetitive. Still, a solid buy for calming afternoons.

Winding Down is our favorite track to play during afternoon rest time, it really does help my toddler settle. The only small issue is the CD case cracked on the first open, but the music itself is lovely.
