FCCERS-R™ DVD

Watching the video examples of the FCCERS-R™ indicators in action was incredibly helpful for our training group—it made the scoring guidelines much clearer than just reading the manual. The DVD chapters are organized really well, so we could easily jump to the specific areas we needed to review.

The training DVD was really helpful for seeing the FCCERS-R scales in action, and the video examples made the scoring process much clearer. I just wish the packaging had included a quick reference card for the key indicators.

The DVD itself is fine for training, but I wish the video quality was a bit sharper when showing the actual rating scale examples. It gets the job done for our group workshops, just feels a little dated.
