After a season of heavy use under our slide, these mats have barely shifted an inch and still look great. The 1.5-inch thickness really does the job of keeping the loose fill contained.

We’ve had these under the swings for a month now and the rubber is thick enough that the mulch barely moves. The 2-inch mats are heavy and stay flat even after rain. Way better than the thin ones we tried before.

I was worried the kids would kick the mulch everywhere, but these 40x40 mats under the slide actually keep everything in place. The rubber is heavy enough that it doesn't budge, and the fact they're made from recycled material feels like a nice bonus.
