شخصيات خفية: القصة الحقيقية لأربع نساء سود وسباق الفضاء

Bought this for my niece and ended up reading it myself before wrapping it. The hardcover feels sturdy and the 40 pages pack in a lot of story without dragging for younger readers. Seeing the math and determination of these women laid out so clearly gave me chills.

My daughter couldn't put this down—the way it tells the story of those brilliant women in just 40 pages is perfect for a curious kid. The hardcover feels nice and the font size makes it easy to read together at bedtime.

The hardcover binding feels sturdy enough for repeated bedtime reads, and the 40 pages pack in detail without losing my daughter’s attention. She’s already asking to look up Katherine Johnson’s real calculations, which says a lot for a picture book.
