بطاقات يوجا: 50 نشاط يوجا ممتع - مجموعة بطاقات

My toddler actually giggled through the partner poses with me on the living room rug, and the card stock is thick enough that it survived a few drops. Only wish there were a few more balance poses to mix in.

My kids grab a new card every morning before breakfast, and the partner poses have become our favorite way to start the day together. The deck is sturdy enough to survive their tossing it around, and the balance poses actually keep my four-year-old focused longer than I expected.

My toddler loves the colorful pictures on each card, and the forward bends are simple enough for her to follow along. The only downside is that a few poses feel a bit advanced for her age, but she’ll grow into them.
