My 19-month-old figured out how to drop the shapes into the puppy house on day one, which surprised me since she usually just throws everything. The bricks are big enough that I don't have to hover while she plays, and the little roof piece doubles as a handle she loves carrying around.

My 2-year-old figured out the shape slots on the roof within a day, and now she drops the puppy in and out for ages. The bricks are big enough that I don't worry about her mouthing them, which was my main concern before buying.

The bricks are chunky enough that my 18-month-old can grip them without getting frustrated, which was my main worry with other sorters. She mostly just likes dropping the shapes through the roof and pulling them back out, but she's already matching the circle without help.
