After two winters the old shackle on our porch swing had basically fused shut, so I grabbed this stainless one and it threaded clean and smooth right out of the box. The pin seats firmly with no wobble, and it's holding steady with two adults on the swing.

Swapped out the rusty hardware on my kid's swing set with this clevis and the difference is night and day. The stainless steel feels genuinely solid, no flex at all when my son gets going high. Took about five minutes to install with a wrench.

The stainless steel finish looks clean and hasn't shown a single spot of rust after a month of rainy weather. Threading the pin through our swing's chain was effortless, and the whole thing feels rock-solid when we're swinging with the kids.
